Elite+ Series Commercial Prone / Lying Leg Curl

The Future Elite+ Series Commercial Prone / Lying Leg Curl combines advanced biomechanics, premium construction and enhanced adjustability to deliver an exceptional hamstring training experience. Designed around a stable prone position, this premium selectorised machine provides smooth, controlled resistance throughout the movement, allowing users to effectively isolate and develop the hamstrings while maintaining excellent comfort, support and positioning.

As part of the Elite+ Series, the Prone / Lying Leg Curl features a heavier weight stack, enhanced adjustment functionality and upgraded premium finishes, making it ideally suited to high-performance commercial gyms and fitness facilities where durability, performance and user experience are paramount.

The prone training position provides excellent stability while helping minimise unwanted movement through the hips and upper body. Adjustable leg and ankle positioning allows users to establish an optimal setup for their individual body size, while the carefully engineered movement path follows the natural mechanics of knee flexion to provide an effective hamstring contraction through a smooth and controlled range of motion.

The integrated selectorised weight stack allows users to quickly and easily adjust resistance, providing the ability to progressively overload the hamstrings as strength develops. This makes the machine suitable for a wide range of users, from beginners through to experienced athletes and strength-focused gym members.

Constructed around a heavy-duty commercial steel frame with reinforced components, the machine is engineered to withstand continuous use in demanding commercial environments. Premium high-density, moulded pads with double-stitched, fire-retardant upholstery provide exceptional comfort and support, even during heavy training sessions.

Finished with a premium matte black electrostatic powder coating and high-quality urethane-coated contact points and handles, the Elite+ Prone / Lying Leg Curl combines outstanding durability with a sophisticated, premium appearance. The result is a high-performance commercial leg curl designed to deliver reliable performance, precise positioning and progressive hamstring training.
