What & Who is Covered
Future gym equipment is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser or anyone who receives the product as a gift from the original purchaser.
Your Responsibilities
Keep your proof of purchase (records are also kept on our system but this will help to identifiy your order if there is a fault with any equipment).
Use, operate, and maintain the equipment according to the instructions in the user manual.
Complete all recommended maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Report any defects to the original place of purchase within 14 days of discovering the issue.
How We Address Any Covered Defects
Future will provide a replacement part or component, either new or rebuilt, or, at our discretion, replace the entire product if a fault develops within the warranty period. If the item is also supplied with a labour warranty, we will arrange for an engineer visit to fit the part where required.

Exclusions
Accidental damage is excluded from any warranty coverage.
