Standard Delivery Options
We have three simple options:
1. Kerbside Courier Delivery (Boxed) - 3 to 5 working days.
2. Express Kerbside Courier Delivery (Boxed) - 2 working days.
3. Full Installation Service - 1 to 2 week lead-time.
All delivery and installation charges are based on total order value.
All courier delivery charges (boxed) & installation charges cover delivery to England / Wales Mainland and Southern Scotland locations only. If you are outside of this area please see 'Scottish Highlands, Islands, EU & The Rest of the World' below.
We will always try to honour the same pricing for Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland / & Islands wherever possible but please get in touch to double check before placing an order as surcharges may apply.
Kerbside Courier Delivery (Boxed):
Kerbside Courier Delivery (Boxed) will be a kerbside courier drop only (unless otherwise stated), the courier will not be able to enter your property and you will be responsible for moving, relocating and installing the goods. Please check the size and weight of your item before selecting this service as you may need to arrange help to move the items once they are delivered.
Most new items are delivered flat packed and will require some assembly (where applicable).
Full Installation Service:
Most small items do not require any assembly so this service is only available for orders over £499.
Full delivery & installation service, with this service, our highly trained and fully insured engineers will install your order into a designated space. All of the items will be checked once they have been installed to ensure that they are ready to use.
Where installation is available, you will have the option to select either ground floor or 1st floor / basement. We expect to encounter steps, single doors and other restrictions within the pre-set prices. However, if you are concerned that an item may not fit into your intended space, if there are any unusual restrictions or hazards that may affect our ability to install the items for you, please get in touch prior to placing your order as this may incur an additional surcharge.
Prior to any installations, you may be required to fill in a site survey document containing all the information relating to the delivery. Photos may also be required of the route the installation team will need to take to install the equipment.
Once we have your order, the installation team will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery. We are typically able to offer a 3 hour window for the delivery and installation once a day is agreed. All installations will be completed Monday - Friday only within the standard pricing.
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, UK Gym Equipment Ltd or any couriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. This includes but is not limited to: steps (including those that require climbing to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging / low trees / shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. UK Gym Equipment Ltd will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non / failed / refused delivery of any item where the couriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. If the item is refused / cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all courier charges.

Please note: The standard installation price excludes all flooring products. If you would like us to install your new flooring, please get in touch prior to purchase and we'll be happy to provide a quote.
Scottish Highlands, Islands, EU & Rest of the World (Including Northern Ireland)
All of the delivery information above relates to England / Wales Mainland and Southern Scotland locations only. We can ship worldwide but if you do require shipping to another destination, please contact the sales team prior to placing an order for a quote. If you are in Scotland and you're not sure if your area is covered, please get in touch prior to placing your order and we'll confirm the availability & cost for you. We try to be as flexible & supportive as possible for Highlands & Islands addresses but unfortunately deliveries to these locations do tend to incur extra costs.
Website 30 Day Return Guarantee
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you simply change your mind about the purchase or decided the item was no longer suitable, then you will be responsible for the return postage. The refund will also be less any actual, delivery and/or assembly charges incurred by us, in getting the product delivered to you originally. If you're unsure of how much your refund will be, please ask prior to shipping the item and we'll be happy to confirm the refund balance for you.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. Overall this process is usually much quicker, but if you have any queries regarding a return of your order please contact the sales team and we'll be happy to help.
If you need to return an item, please notify the sales team by phone or email to sales@futuregymequipment.com , please state Return and the order number in the subject of the email.
Some special-order items (e.g. manufactured to order only, custom colours or imported especially for a specific customer) do not qualify for the 30 Day Return option. Should this be the case, you will be advised of this prior to shipment.
Please note that any free of charge items received when purchasing the returned product(s) must also be returned or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from UK Gym Equipment Ltd.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this website for a full refund prior to dispatch. This does not apply to items made to your specification or customised in any way.
