The detailed end caps highlight basic information about the bar so that it's easy to differentiate between the bars quickly and easily in a busy gym setting. All of our High Performance Bars feature Black Future Branded bands inset within the rotating sleeves for easy identification. The sleeves are also tightly sealed to stop dirt and moisture getting inside and affecting the smooth movement of the bar.

This bar is fitted with a total of 8 high quality bearings (4 needle bearings and 4 ball bearings) to provide very smooth rotation that helps users maintain form and balance during lifts.
